Step 1: Roast Rava (Suji / Semolina)
Heat the pan and add rava and roast. Roast rava in low flame and stir continuously, roast until it turn light gold brown.
Step 2: Fry Dry Fruits
On the same pan add 1 teaspoon of ghee and add dry fruits dry fruits ( Cashew nuts, Resins) and fry. Fry the dryfruits until it turn light gold brown and keep it aside.
Step 3: Prepare Rava Laddu Shapes
- Take a bowl add roasted rava, dry fruits, Sugar, grated coconut, sugar and mix well.
- Now add boiled milk or warm water for moisture, take equal portion in hand, gently press and make round shapes.
- Repeat the same process and make make round shapes.
